Cruisin' to Alaska & Visiting Vancouver- Day 6

After breakfast this morning, our crew hopped aboard the White Pass Train in Skagway. We went up and down the mountains much like they did for the gold rush. (Although back then it was not by train).

The photos really do not do this place justice. This afternoon the sun decided to come out! Town was quite busy with multiple cruise ships docked, so we opted for lunch on the ship before exploring.
We walked all the way through town to check out Lower Reid Falls and the Goldrush Cemetery.
My mom would have loved it here. It is so gorgeous.
Instead of walking all the way back, we hopped on a bus back into town and explored some more. We went to the National Park  Service visitor center and did some shopping. Allan found some awesome moose ear muffs. We also found some Alaskan Fry Bread that was delicious!
After our adventures we boarded the ship, grabbed some dinner and relaxed on our balcony.
Tomorrow is Glacier Bay and will st art early!
