On the Hunt For Dinosaurs Once Again! Day 9
We started this morning in Casper, Wyoming. Our first stop was the Tate Geological Museum at Casper College. It was a pretty good sized museum and a great stop for our crew. Next time, hopefully we will be able to get a tour of the Rex Annex.
Then, we drove from Casper to the Black Hills of South Dakota. Of course, our first stop was the Black Hills Institute. Even though we have been there multiple times, it is always a favorite.
We took a break from dinosaurs to visit Mount Rushmore again. Liv had never been there, so we felt it was a necessary stop. You can't go to the Black Hills and not see Mt. Rushmore!
Then, we decided to check out the Dinosaur Park in Rapid City. It has some giant dinosaurs from 1936! It has an amazing overlook/view of the city too!
The views in South Dakota from the road were also pretty.
Liv flies home first thing in the morning, but the rest of us still have 2 more days of adventure to come!
